NooneFPV 2.5" Drone Frame - fully 3D printable

This is a final version of the NooneFPV 2.5" drone frame, so you can download and print it with no worries

It uses standart 25x25mm m2 AIO mounting holes, which allows usage of all the popular AIO's, and works with dozens of 3D-printable toothpick/tinywhoop canopies. It can fit both analog single-plate AIO's, as well as additional boards for more digital systems. Motor mounting is standart M2 9mm, so it works with most of the motors for regular 2-2.5" quads.

This frame uses triangular shapes, which makes it comparable to similar size and weight carbon fiber frames - at only 8g it is very rigid, and it won't break as a regular carbon fiber frame.

Changes compared to beta version:

More space for props - now 2.5" props fit with no issues

Thicker frame - more rigid and crash resistant

Other slight improvements, like making holes countersunk

3D printing settings

This frame is super easy to print, no supports required.

Material: I recommend CF filled filamets for lighter weight and rigidity, but even PLA+ is enough to try this design out

Battery holder and canopy are best printed with flexibles like 95A TPU
