60mm USB 5V Air Circulator Remix

This is a remix of the original 60mm fan design, made to turn a standard 60mm fan into a small USB-powered air circulator.

The main changes are the added airflow duct/body, labeled USB-A 5V housing, and an extended rear tab that can be used as a weight mount or stabilizing mount. The goal was to make the fan easier to position and more useful for small cooling or air circulation setups.
