Slim Vented Case for LilyGO T3-S3 (Wearable-Optimized)

Description
A custom, ultra-slim enclosure specifically designed for the LilyGO T3-S3 microcontroller. I created this case with wearable projects in mind, so keeping the profile as thin as possible and ensuring adequate cooling were top priorities.
Key Features:
- Wearable-Ready: Minimalist, low-profile design that adds almost no bulk to the board.
- Ventilation: Diagonal slotted cutouts on the lid ensure the ESP32-S3 chip stays cool during continuous operation.
- Easy Wire Routing: Dedicated side holes make it simple to route external wires, antennas, or sensors.
- Full Access: Precise cutouts for the USB-C port, side switches, and bottom JST connectors.
- Hardware-Free Assembly: The lid and base use a friction/interference fit. No screws or glue required.
Printing & Assembly Notes:
Material: PETG is highly recommended. The interference fit relies on a slight bit of flex, and PETG handles this perfectly without snapping. (As shown in the photos, transparent PETG looks great!).
Printer Used: Printed and tested on a Creality Ender 3 KE.
Tolerances: The snap fit worked perfectly off the build plate for my setup. However, depending on your printer's calibration or the filament used, you might experience a slightly looser or tighter fit.
Customization:
Because 3D printer tolerances can vary, I have included the original FreeCAD source file. If the interference fit is too tight or too loose for your machine, or if you just want to remix the design for your specific wearable project, you can easily adjust the parameters to suit your needs.
