Lift Gear for Oliso Iron tg1600Pro+

This is a gear used in the gearbox for an Oliso Iron to lift the iron from the ironing board surface. When this gear fails the iron will just click and not raise up, setting an error code and preventing the iron from working.

The OEM gear is nylon.

I printed my replacement using SUNLU PA6 CF (Carbon Fiber).

I used the settings guidelines given on the page above along with 100% infil, 0.6mm nozzle, Voron printer, Orca Slicer.

Adjust your settings as needed. I slowed the print way down and used supports.
