30x30 to 20x20 Stack Adapter (FPV Drone)

This adapter allows you to mount a standard 30x30 FC + ESC stack onto frames that are designed only for 20x20 mounting patterns.

The part is designed to be fixed to the bottom plate of the frame using standard screws and nuts. The 30x30 stack is then mounted on top of the adapter using countersunk screws, ensuring a low-profile and secure fit.

Assembly:

Fix the adapter to the frame using screws + nuts through the 20x20 pattern.

Mount your 30x30 stack on top using countersunk screws from below (or as designed depending on orientation).

Make sure everything is aligned before tightening.

Printing recommendations:

Print at 100% infill for maximum strength.

Material options:

PLA: Easy to print, rigid, works well.

TPU (recommended): Use a relatively rigid TPU for better vibration damping and durability.

This adapter is ideal if you want to reuse 30x30 electronics on a lightweight or modern frame designed for 20x20 stacks without modifying the frame.
