Heltec ESP32 V4 Enclosure for Repeater

Enclosure for the Heltec V4 (and possibly other 25mm wide ESP32 based LoRA radios). This would normally be used with the non-display version. Two versions, V1 and V2 where V2 is 5mm deeper to allow for a larger battery. V1 version fits a 3000mAh liPo battery but is very tight. I'm working on an SMA version, replacing the N connector.
