Divesoft Liberty HUD Mount Hanger

Description
The HUD mount of the Divesoft Liberty rebreather will support the weight of the loop. I wouldn’t abuse it but for normal hanging to dry it works. Thus was born a hanger that slides into this dovetail connection. It should be compatible with the DSV or BOV of other rebreathers that have the same connection such as those from Dive Rite.
Cleanup of support in the area of the spring/screws. I found you don’t really need the spring and “pawl” component. I also found some shrinkage depending on material can generate a tight fit of the dovetail into the mate on the mouthpiece. It’s the nature of printing so DON’T force anything. You may need a little sanding or cleanup of the 3d print surface to avoid damaging the POM parts.
This is only the Hanger. You must purchase or make from solid material the HUD Rail. Divesoft Part# 1326. It’s not an expensive part to buy, don’t be cheap. Your whole loop will fall and break if you cut corners here.
I utilized the settings below to generate this component. Final results will vary based on your individual 3D printer, material, and settings. These are only a guide.

Multiple Pieces, Requiring Adhesive Assembly: Glue won’t stick to POM but if you are using the hanger without heat press inserts you might consider epoxy in the screw threads or some other method.
Heat Press Threaded Inserts: 4x M2 suggested though there is a model for those who don’t want to use them
