Solar Controller Battery Bank

This is a case for a Waveshare solar power controller that houses 3x 18650 batteries at 3400mAh each, for a total of 10.2 Ah of power capacity.

It has banana plugs for solar panel in, which I use a banana-to-MC4 to connect any solar panel, banana plugs for 5V DC out, and the built-in USB-C connector on the solar controller for charging/discharging any device. There is a microswitch for hard disconnect of the battery. I am using Ruthex 3D print threaded inserts (M2 for the board mount and switch block, and M3 for the case)

Everything is printed in PLA except for the USB port cover, which is TPU to flex over the port boss.

The banana plugs are standard DIN parts from Amazon. The latching microswitch is also from Amazon. The controller is the Waveshare Solar Power Management Module (D) .
