Jeep TJ Mounting Bracket

Wanted a place to mount things on top of the TJ dash. Pictures are from a 1997, should work to at least 2005.

Both the STL and the STEP are there if you want to modify specific to what you want to mount. The gyroid infill helps if you want to just use wood screws to secure something small but would for the phone mount I wanted a nut backer.

I used a FANAUE CPC-08 for the phone mount, DA-150 arm and a m6 1"(B) ball mount. and then used wood screws to attached the inclinometer

ASA 20% infill, gyroid on draft mode X1C Bambu, upside down no support

ASA is one of the better materials for car use as it has a high temp and is UV resistant.

Installation-

Uses 4x M5 x22 countersunk screws with a nut to mount to the plastic dash top.

Place the mount in the place and use the holes as guides to drill through dash- The holes will be covered by the rubber top if you decide to remove the mounting plate.

No overhang can occur with screws as the screws will hit the vent duct.
