10" Modular 6U Server Rack (3D Printable, Creality K1 Friendly)

This is a fully modular 10-inch server rack designed for home lab setups. The project was created to fit a specific use case: two mini servers, a network switch, a network controller, and reserved space for a future NAS.

All parts are designed to fit within the build volume of a Creality K1 (220×220×250 mm), so no large-format printer is required and no complex part splitting is needed.

The rack supports up to 6U and is compatible with devices up to 210 × 260 × 44.5 mm (W×D×H).

The construction is fully modular and assembled using screws and heat-set threaded inserts. This allows easy customization - you can adjust height, depth, or spacing with minimal changes to the model.

While the design can still be improved (rigidity, mounting options, cable management), it already serves as a solid and practical base for a compact home lab.
