Suncast Wall Mount Hose Reel Repair/Reinforcement Brackets

These reinforcement brackets are designed to repair or reinforce the top mounts of a Suncast 175' or 200' hose wall mount reel such as the one that can be found on Amazon:

Printed using PETG-CF, these brackets fit into the plastic bits of the reel offering support both vertically and horizontally to resist cracking due to sun exposure and cracking during ambitious hose pulls.

There are two parts. A backing inserts withing the plastic reel frame and provides support, A front cover plate clamps things together and prevents over tightening of the lag. A washer should be used under the lag to help distribute the load.

I would recommend using ASA as well as PETG, but I have found PETG more printer friendly.
