TRI/TCA Harris PRC-152 Military Radio Battery Lower Housing

12.6v/8.4v Battery lower housing/Enclosure for the TRI/TCA Harris PCR-152 Military Multiband Radio.

I needed a clean, non-moulded lower battery housing for my TRI Harris PCR-152 radio as the current pack had died and I couldn't fit what I wanted in the original enclosure because it has mouldings for the original 6x 18650 batteries.

My version retains the original top which holds the contact points and also uses the original M3 fixing screws. The thin indentation at the bottom has been fixed, no clue why it happened but it isn't in the file you'll download. The holes in the pillars are the same specifications as the original and has 4mm holes ready for M3 heat-inserts. I also created the small lip at the top that goes into the groove for the seal on the original upper part. The BMS board will fit under the batteries as long as it's isolated with kapton tape.

It's a work in progress and ideally could do with a cleanup so please feel free, the interior is a little messy but functions as it should and the outer is not quite as smooth as I'd like but it works for what I wanted, and as far as I could see, there is no other available online.
