FPV CAMERA BRACKET for PAN SERVO MOUNT
Description
This is a bracket for a 19mm wide FPV camera, to mount it on a pan servo with a round control horn.
Printed with PETG 0.4mm extruder, 0.3mm layer height. Both orientations came out very strong, so print the one that needs less support.
My camera is 19mm wide, and the servo control horn is circular 18.3mm diameter. I glued that into the bracket with CA glue, no screws.
Here is the original parametric design, which I made using Onshape. If your camera or control horn are a different size, you can edit the dimensions in the sketches and make it fit your kit.
How it works for OnShape users
-Open the link (via Public Documents or direct).
-Sign in to your OnShape account.
-Onshape shows a preview/banner: "This document is view-only. Make a copy to edit."
-Click Copy workspace in the document menu ⋮ , rename it, and get a fully editable duplicate in their account.
No tilt servo mechanism here, just panning side to side. (or you could just have tilt, no pan axis)
You may want to get a servo that has an extended range. Mine only goes about 160 degrees.
