Compact 3D printed enclosure designed for the Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32C5, with integrated PCB antenna support and thermal management.
Originally made for the Biscuit DIY project, a discreet and portable pentest tool.

• Enclosure size: 55 × 25 × 15 mm
• Designed for PCB antenna (48 × 14 × 1.4 mm, 2.4 / 5.8 GHz)
• Ventilation openings for airflow
• Space for optional heatsink (~11 × 11 × 5 mm)
• Internal mounting plate (double-sided tape)
• USB-C access
• 3-part design: base, inner plate, top cover
• Closed with 3 × M2 screws (7 mm)

Assembly
• Attach the PCB antenna inside the bottom part
• Mount the XIAO ESP32-C5 on the internal plate using double-sided tape
• Add a heatsink if needed
• Assemble the enclosure
• Secure with the 3 M2 screws

Notes
• Antenna gain (~8 dBi) is manufacturer-rated and not guaranteed in real conditions
• RF performance depends on environment and placement
• PETG recommended for better heat resistance
