Ender 3 / V2 Under-Bed Raspberry Pi 4 + Relay + Buck Converter Enclosure (Modular Shelf)

Description
I made this because I couldn’t find anything that cleanly fits a Raspberry Pi 4, relay module, and DC step-down converters all in one compact setup—especially mounted directly on the printer.
This design mounts under the bed of an Ender-style printer and uses a drawer-style base + internal shelf layout to organize everything neatly. The Raspberry Pi sits in the main compartment while the relay module and buck converters are positioned above/alongside it for better use of space and cleaner wiring.
The goal was to keep everything:
Compact
Accessible
Mounted directly to the printer
"Cleanly" wired (no loose modules hanging around)
Designed around Raspberry Pi 4 dimensions
Fits standard 4-channel relay modules
Includes space for DC-DC buck converters
Front cutouts for USB, Ethernet, and power
Shelf-style internal layout to separate components
Mounted under the bed to keep the frame clean
Inspiration / Credits:
This was inspired by a mix of other Raspberry Pi mounts and relay enclosures I’ve seen, but I ultimately modeled this from scratch to fit my exact setup.
Because of that, I wasn’t sure whether to list this as a remix or credit specific designs. If you recognize elements from your work and would like credit (or removal), just leave a comment and I’ll update the files accordingly.
Work in Progress:
This is still a WIP.
Better cable management features
Mounting holes for specific relay/buck modules
Optional lid / fan mount
Version for other printers or Pi models
If there’s something you’d like added, changed, or removed, leave a comment and I’ll update the design and upload the new files.
If you build one, I’d love to see it 👍
