Parametric Box Tube Clamp w/ Screw Mount Point

This model is customizable in OpenSCAD, but not within the Thingiverse customizer because it doesn't have the full BOSL2 library installed.

This Clamp was designed for mounting a Keepteen D5 Solar Node using the included roughly 5/16th self-taping mount to my Awning/Carport's 3in Box Tubing Supports using M8 Screws, but all that can be customized for other situations. The included STLs have one side of the clamp threaded in lieu of using nuts, but this too can be changed in the OpenSCAD Customizer.

For outdoor use, and durability, I recommend printing in PETG or ASA (or ABS), with at least 15% infill (I used 20% Gyroid in PETG). Because I didn't take the time to add in additional bevels/fillets on the edges/in corners, you are likely to get some warping in those areas with those materials, but in my experience it never affected the functionality of the printed part. I may come back and update the model with those convenience features at a later date.
