Daemon X+ Axis Hotend Carrier with 8mm Pinda Inductive Sensor Mount

I remixed the Daemon's X+ hotend carrier to hold an 8mm inductive probe, and also accept a heatset nut for the hotend fan. This is designed specifically to fit around a 4020 blower fan, and was designed alongside a fitted duct for such a fan.
