1U/2U Server Rack Post Mount Cable Management Tube

Made this so I could do some cable management on a mobile homelab I am building. I wanted a clean compact way to manage the cables so I didn't have to disconnect everything to transport. Depending on the cables you are using you can easily fit 4 to 10 cables inside depending on the model. I was able to fit 8 thick Cat 6 cables in the versions with the slit inside. The tube models without slit you are more limited since you need enough space to feed the cables through.

I didn't print every version but made a bunch of variations because I like options and figure people would as well. The dimensions should be on point to stack them all the way up the posts if you want. This is designed for the fine thread 10-32 screws. If you use the thicker rack screws you will need to ream the holes out a little to make them work. Also for the top and bottom screws you will have to put them in through the side since there was no way to keep enough material for these to be strong while being able to feed the screws through the top. These should work nice with PLA or PETG.

Decoding the model names:

* 1U or 2U: Rack height

* 2 hole or 3 hole: Number of holes per U. If you just need top and bottom screw holes per U then 2 hole should be stronger.

* Square or Rounded Corners: Outside shape either sharp square corners or a nice rounded radius.

* Slit: Cut slit in one side so you can spread the tube apart slightly to feed a cable through the side rather than having to feed it up the tube.

* Cable notch: Cable notches on side so you can feed some cables sideways. Only applies to the 2U models

Specs:

* Tubes are 27 mm wide and 25 mm deep.

* Internal hole is 22 mm wide and 20 mm deep.

* Walls are 2.5mm thick.

* The big round holes for middle screws will allow for screws with a 14 mm diameter head. Should play nice with most screws.

I plan on selling these on my eBay store if you don't want to print them yourself. I can't guarantee I will keep stock consistently though.
