Arduino UNO Case PS4 Style (Original PS4 Fat Design)

📌 Overview

This model is a custom enclosure for Arduino UNO, inspired by the design of the first‑generation PlayStation 4.

The case is composed of two parts — a top shell and a bottom shell — which snap together using four integrated clips.

The design includes:

• the iconic two‑level PS4 geometry
• functional vent‑style openings
• a PS‑style logo on the top cover
• mixed textured and smooth surfaces

• Four snap‑fit clips for tool‑less assembly
• Disassembly slots: small openings are included to allow inserting a screwdriver tip to safely release the clips without damaging the case
• Print‑friendly geometry designed for FDM printers

🖨️ Recommended Print Settings

• Technology: FDM
• Material: PLA or PETG
• Layer Height: 0.20 mm
• Perimeters: 3
• Infill: 15–20%
• Supports: Not required (only optional under the clips if your printer struggles)
• Orientation:

- Bottom shell → flat on the build plate

- Top shell → printed with the inner side down and the logo facing up

🔧 Assembly

1. Place the Arduino UNO inside the bottom shell.

2. Ensure USB and power ports align with the openings.

3. Position the top shell over the base.

4. Press gently until all four clips snap into place.

🔧 Disassembly

To open the case without damage:

• Insert a small flat‑head screwdriver into the dedicated release slots near the clips.
• Gently twist to disengage each clip.

These slots are intentionally designed to make maintenance easy and safe.
