FRC 2026 Rebuilt Robots

Description
These are superstructures for robots that could compete in the 2026 season of FIRST Robotics Competition.
See Rebuilt Field, evergreen field, and robot bases.
Two components are provided:
* Hopper: Composed of a fixed section that attaches to the robot, a moving section, and an intake. The intake automatically deploys through the expanded hopper. Assembly requires a piece of 1.75mm filament. This should be inserted through both hopper sections and intake, all in deployed/expanded position. The filament should be sized to be within the moving hopper, so only engages with the intake and inner hinge. In other words, the holes in the sides of each hopper are only for assembly. The hopper also comes with an L-shaped piece of fuel that looks like a full hopper when closed, and a pile when open.
* Shooter: Composed of a body that attaches to the robot, a carriage that runs in a vertical channel, and a mustache spring. For assembly, engage the mustache spring in the bottom of the carriage, and insert both into the bottom of the body so that the handle lies outside the slot. Push all the way to the top. Use a tool to press the springs up slightly so that the centre is aligned with the holes in the body and then insert two ~8mm pieces of 1.7mm filament. Gently pull and release the handle. It probably helps to file the carriage and channel before assembly and add a few drops of lubricant. For the balls, you can print 5mm spheres (no STL provided) or use 5mm ball bearings. Please wear eye protection. Spring may need replacement after prolonged use.
* Climber: Not available yet, but I did provide some studs and holes in the shooter body, in case you want to make it for yourself.
