45° Support Bracket for 3030 Aluminum Profiles (Z–Y Axis Reinforcement)

I designed this 45° support bracket for 3030 aluminum extrusion to reinforce the joint between two 90° profiles.

It helps reduce flex and better withstand spindle weight on the Z axis in small CNC / router style frames.

The bracket is lightweight with internal rib structure but still stiff enough for structural support.
