Foldable Wall-Mounted Cup Holder
Description
This is a convenient and space-saving foldable cup holder designed to be mounted on a vertical wall surface. The modular design features a three-part assembly: a mounting bracket, a folding cup arm, and a hinged support tray. The arm pivots smoothly into a flat, stowed position when not in use, and extends out to securely hold a beverage when needed. The hinged support tray provides a stable base and can also be used to hold small items.

3D printing settings
This model is optimized for FDM 3D printing and is designed to be easy to manufacture.
Machine Type: FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling)
Material: PLA, ABS, or PETG are all suitable. PLA is recommended for its ease of use.
Resolution/Layer Height: A standard layer height of 0.2 mm is recommended for good detail and print time. For smoother threads and a better finish, a 0.16 mm layer height can be used.
Infill: 20% infill is recommended to ensure the parts are sturdy enough for daily use.
Supports: No supports are needed for this design.
Manufacturing Time: Varies based on your printer's speed and settings.
Assembly Instructions: Print all three parts separately. The three parts are assembled using four M3x12 Ultra-Low-Profile Socket Head Screws. The main pivot for the cup arm and the tray is a single screw and nut. Secure the assembled holder to a wall using two screws appropriate for your wall type (e.g., drywall anchors).
