10" 2020 rack

This is a 10" rack* made from 2020 T-slot aluminium profiles.

*This rack doesn't fully comply with the 10" "standard", the screw spacing is slightly wider, some panels might not fit. Check measures before commiting.

Some parts are too big for a normal printer, laser cutting or manually cutting a sheet material could be an option but i don't have any templates yet.

1U panels fit on my prusa if i put them diagonally on the bed.

Non-printables needed:

4x 500 mm 2020 B-type aluminium profile / extrusion with 6mm slot and 5.5 mm center hole (see 2020_profile_prep.pdf for details).

36x Screw M5 x 6 mm (side panel)

6x Screw M5 x 8 mm (edge bottom)

8x Screw M5 x 16 mm (feet)

16x Screw M6 x 12 mm ISO/DIN 7380 (frame)

38x Hammer nut M5 (feet, edge bottom, side panel)

104x T-nut M5 10mm long (printed ones can be used on Y-profiles, so a 100-pack is enough)

52x T-filler-spacer

46x T-filler-gap (tip: print in contrasting color)

4x T-filler-Y

4x T-filler-Z-Bottom

4x T-filler-Z-Top

2x Edge-Bottom

4x Feet (preferrably flexible material)

1x Bottom-Panel

4x Side-panel (multi color print, can be done with filament swap)

6x Panel_Connector

4x End cap (later addition, doesn't show in all pics or assmbly instructions, a little bit fiddly to get on but then it sits pretty well)
