Lenovo Tiny 19" 1U Rack Mount

What is this?

This is a 1U rackmount for Lenovo Tiny USFF computers (specifically m720q).

Variants

I've created two variants of this design: one with printed rack ears, and one designed to leverage steel rack ears. If you have something underneath this rack to support it, you can probably get away with the printed ears. If you don't, the rack will twist, so you'll need the steel rack mount ears.

Additionally, you should be able to use a 40x40 fan instead of the center cap if you desire.

Print Orientation

Right/Left Bracket: Print front face down (vertical), on a diagonal, no supports (or supports touching build plate)

Right/Left Extension: Print underside on build plate with supports (you might be able to just use supports on the build plate, but some of the side hexagons might get messed up)

Center: Print face down (vertical) with supports.

This will print with an Ender 3 (or anything bigger) if you follow the orientation above.
