Tool Shelves for Modular Desktop Stand

Description
I really liked the "Tools modular desktop stand" created by ICTAvatar! This ingenious tool stand is very flexible, allowing an unlimited range of small tools to be put together in a modular way.
So, I used the basic modules printed from ICTAvatar's design, and just created some of my own custom shelves for it, to create my own 3D printer tool holder. I was able to pack all the basic tools I got with my Lulzbot Mini-2, and a few others, into just two of the 40mm modules, using my own design for three shelves. Here's the breakdown of the tools/materials I can put into my 40mm shelves:
T40_Glue-Ruler-Pad
- Large and/or small Elmer's glue sticks (bed adhesion)
- 6" ruler
- Tweezers
- Piece of Scotch-Brite pad (nozzle cleaner)
This shelf works for both the top and bottom of the stand module, so I just printed two.
T40_Razor-Knife-Tweezer
- X-Acto knife
- Print removal knife (from Lulzbot)
- Flexible palette knife (also for print removal)
- Probe (nozzle cleaner pointed awl)
- Two tweezers
- Razor blade/holder
Note that the slot for the razor blade holder is for a Stanley razor blade scraper, available at Home Depot and other places.
There is a separate TOP and a BOTtom shelf, with slightly different holes, because of the ramped slot for the razor blade holder. I use one of each in this module.
T20_ShelfBase
This narrower shelf (20mm) is provided just as a base for your own designs, for the narrower module. I've tested the fit of this shelf in the module, but have not customized a 20mm shelf for my own use yet.
CAD Files
I've also provided FreeCAD files, in case you wish to create your own custom shelves. I hope these CAD files help you in creating your own custom shelf designs.
NOTE: Only the add-on shelves are presented here. You must use these with the original "Tools modular desktop stand" module frame(s) .
I really like the ability to create your own modules, and change your tool stand around to support new requirements, without having to design/build a full new stand - just create a new shelf, and re-use the modules you have already printed!
