Raspberry Pi 4, Pi 3, Pi 2 case with Vents, 40mm, or 30mm fan

Yet another Raspberry Pi Case remix.

• A version with mounts for a 40mm fan.

• Added ventilation slots to the side and top.

• Added SIots for better LED visibility. (Pi 2 & PI 3/4 LEDs are in different places).

• Removed part of the GPIO cover to allow fan to be plugged in without removing the full GPIO cover.

UPDATE 07.15.19: added versions for PI 4 based on plammers' remix.

UPDATE 08.24.19: uploaded version for PI 4 without bottom without vesa & 40mm version with no top vents that I print without top or bottom layers for even more airflow.

Also included my 40mm fan cover that is also intended for printing without top or bottom layers so the infill can match the case. As well as my old 40mm fan cover.
